At Workomart Solar Life Private Limited, we value your trust and are committed to providing the best solar products and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the process for cancellations, refunds, and returns.

1. Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase or before the product has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

• Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Return & Replacement

We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:

• Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

• Return request must be raised within 1 Hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by invoice.

Note: Customized solar systems, installed products, or government-subsidized projects are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–20 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping/installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• For partial payments made towards solar installations, only unutilized amounts (after deducting material/installation expenses) will be refunded.

4. Service Cancellations

• Consultancy/maintenance service bookings may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made after that time will not be eligible for refunds.
