At Workomart Solar Life Private Limited, we value your trust and are committed to providing the best solar products and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the process for cancellations, refunds, and returns.
1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase or before the product has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Return & Replacement
We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:

Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Return request must be raised within 1 Hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by invoice.
Note: Customized solar systems, installed products, or government-subsidized projects are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–20 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping/installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

For partial payments made towards solar installations, only unutilized amounts (after deducting material/installation expenses) will be refunded.
4. Service Cancellations

Consultancy/maintenance service bookings may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made after that time will not be eligible for refunds.
